  1. Кальмары разморозить, очистить от внутренностей. Обварить в кипятке 1-3 мин. Порезать и обжарить на слив. масле 2 мин. Посыпать мукой и обжарить 1 мин. Добавить сметану и воду. Обжарить 1 мин. Посолить и поперчить и обжарить 1 мин.
