Puten-Kartoffeln-Topf

Directions

  1. Kartoffeln schälen und in mittelgroße Würfeln schneiden.
  2. Karotte schälen und grob raspeln.
  3. Zwiebel fein hacken.
  4. Knoblauch schälen und ganz lassen.
  5. Tomaten in in mittelgroße Stücke schneiden.
  6. Culinesse gem. Anweisung erhitzen.
  7. Fleisch anbraten, Zwiebeln, Pfeffer, Kreuzkümmel und Knoblauch hinzufügen. Nach ca. 5 Min. die Kartoffeln und die Karotte hinzufügen und mischen. Nach weitere 5 Min. die Tomaten hinzufügen und mit dem Meersalz abschmecken.
  8. Etwa 200 ml Wasser hinzufügen. Mischen und bei mäßiger Hitze und zugedeckten Topf ca. 25 Min. kochen lassen.
