  1. Na patelni rozgrzać oliwę, dodać posiekaną dymkę, pokrojony w krążki por, seler naciowy i pomidory ze szczura imbiru. Dusić przez ok. 10 min mieszając od czasu do czasu. W bulionie ugotować różyczki kalafiora. Następnie do garnka z bulionem dodać resztę uduszonych składników, doparwic sola, pieprzem i górować przez ok. 5min. Na koncu wlać sok jabłkowy. Zupę mozna udekorowa natka pietruszki.
