Куриная Грудка в Кефире

Мягкая грудка с вкусным соусом.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Куриное филе порезать на небольшие куски, залить кефиром, добавить измельченный укроп и чеснок. Можно добавить соль и перец по вкусу. Оставить мариноваться на 30 мин.
  2. Выложить курицу на антипригарную сковороду, добавить немного маринада и тушить под крышкой до готовности, постепенно добавляя оставшийся маринад.
