Escondidinho de Frango

Escondidinho de frango com palmito e azeitonas.

Directions

  1. Coloque a batata já cozida, o leite, o ovo, a água num liquidificador e bata todos ingredientes juntos até virar um purê.
  2. Prepare o frango desfiado ou moído numa frigideira com pouco de azeite de oliva, sal a gosto, acrescente os palmitos, as azeitonas e o tomate até dissolver os tomates e virar um molho com o frango e demais ingredientes.
  3. Coloque um pouco do purê das batatas numa travessa de vidro ou forma, acrescente o frango com os demais ingredientes, cubra todo o recheio com o que sobrou do purê.
  4. Leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180ºc por cerca de 25 minutos e depois sirva.
