Диетические Сырники

Сырники из обезжиренного творога и муки.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Белки отделить от желтков. Смешать миксером белки, творог, овсяную муку, фитпарад. Замесить тесто. Выложить на посыпанный мукой стол, скатать колбаску, порезать на маленькие дольки. Сформировать из них шарики и сплющить для сырников. Пожарить на сковороде без масла.
  2. Отдельно растереть бруснику с сахарозаменителем. Полить сырники соусом.
