  1. Очистить авокадо от кожуры и косточки.
  2. Очищенный авокадо + шпинат + сок лимона взбить блендером.
  3. Готово. Очень вкусная заправка к салатикам и замена маслу на хлебец. Хорошо дополняют кедровые орешки.
