Bacalao a la Riojana con tomate y pimientos.

Directions
- Enharinar el bacalao y sellarlo en el aceite. Retirar después de frito.
- En el aceite dorar la cebolla, incorporando después los pimientos en tiras y la salsa de tomate.
- Incorporar el bacalao cuando la salsa esté hecha, y hacer durante 10 minutos más a fuego lento.

Si en vez de enharinar y freir el bacalao, lo añades en tacos en el tomate cuando esté casi hecho y que cueza 10 minutos, coge el sabor, queda muy bueno y te ahorras un montón de calorías
