Insalata di Baccalà, Arance e Avocado

Un secondo veloce, sano e gustosissimo.

Directions

  1. Sfilettare due tranci di baccalà precedentemente dissalato e tagliarlo a fette (più o meno sottili a seconda del vostro gusto).
  2. Sbucciare a vivo mezza arancia e tagliarla a fettine, sbucciare e tagliare a fette circa 1/3 di avocado.
  3. Disporre gli ingredienti su un piatto e condire con un cucchiaino d'olio, salsa di soia e pepe nero (o rosa).
  4. NB. dato il consistente apporto di sodio è sconsigliato aggiungere sale al piatto. Un buon modo per bilanciare l'apporto di sodio potrebbe essere accompagnare il piatto con finocchi crudi da mangiare separatamente o aggiungere a fettine sottili nell'insalata.
