Le gâteau au fruits est un incontournable du temps des fêtes.

Directions
- Dans un grand bol mélanger les ingrédients secs; Puis ajouter les fruits confits, les raisins et les noix. Bien mélanger.
- Battre les oeufs avec la vanille. Les ajoutés au mélange de fruits bien mélanger.
- Verser dans un moule rectangulaire et cuire à four chaud 150°C, 60 à 75 minutes ou jusqu'à ce qu'un cure-dent inséré au centre ressorte sec. Ce congèle très bien.
