Patatas a la Boloñesa
Patatas con salsa a la boloñesa.
Ingredients
Directions
- Picar la cebolla y el ajo, y sofreír.
- Cuando la cebolla está pochada, añadir las patatas cortadas en dados y sofreír.
- Añadir la carne picada.
- Añadir el tomate previamente rallado y sofreír unos minutos. Añadir sal, pimienta y albahaca al gusto.
- Servir caliente con un poco de queso parmesano.
- Se pueden añadir unos piñones para darle un toque especial. Si se quiere, las patatas también se pueden cocer en vez de sofreír.
