Quiche light.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Saltear o atum com cebola e pimento com uma colher de azeite. Misturar o leite com as gemas. Após o salteado preparado misturar o leite já misturados com os ovos com o lume apagado.
  2. Colocar num recipiente que possa ir ao microondas e deixar cozer.
