Directions
- Eier trennen, Eiweiß mit Prise Salz festschlagen.
- Alle anderen Zutaten mit Schneebesen rühren, Eiweiß mit EL gleichmäßig runterheben.
- In eine gefettete Pfanne gießen und bei 160 °C eine Stunde lang backen oder bis es goldbraun ist, je nach Ofen.
