Directions

  1. Misture com o auxílio de um garfo o ovo e o requeijão até formar um creme homogêneo, depois adicione o fermento e o sal.
  2. Coloque num recipiente pequeno e quadrado (mais ou menos 6cm de altura) e leve ao micro-ondas por 3 minutos.
  3. Retire do micro-ondas, desenforme, divida ao meio e coloque recheio de sua preferência. Leve o panini para dourar no tostex ou grill.
