Lasaña de Zapallito Italiano
Lasaña de Zapallito italiano con carne de pavo sin pasta.
Ingredients
Directions
- Poner a cocer las zanahorias y las arvejas hasta que estén tiernas, licuarlas y reservar.
- Cortar los zapallitos italianos en tiras largas a modo de pasta para lasaña, si se desea se les puede sofreir un poco en la sarten.
- Freir en una sarten la cebolla picada con la carne de pavo. Cuando esté bien cocido agregar la salsa que hicimos previamente con la zanahoria y arvejas, dejar cocinar unos minutos y condimentar a gusto.
- En una fuente poner una tira de zapallito y un poco de la mezcla de pavo con verduras, tapar con otra tira de zapallito y continuar repitiendo.
- No necesita horno si es que las tiras de zapallito estaban freidas o cocidas; pero igualmente se le puede llevar a horno para dorar un poco.
