Empadão de Couve-Flor com Atum
Fiz muitas vezes empadão com batata, mas achei que seria mais saudável fazê-lo com couve flor, pois em termos de aspecto fica muito parecido, mas em sabor é muito melhor.

- Cozer a couve-flor em água e sal. Depois escorrer a água, colocar um queijo vaca que ri light e um pouco de leite magro, para ficar mais cremoso, e triturar tudo com a varinha mágica.
- De seguida, corta o repolho em juliana, e fazer um refogado com cebola, alho e colocar o repolho. Quando este estiver cozinhado, juntar a polpa de tomate, o atum, as salsichas, os cogumelos, o vinho branco e oregãos. Deve deixar apurar uns 15 min.
- Num pirex de ir ao forno, fazer uma camada do puré de couve-flor, e depois uma com a mistura que fez em cima, e por último outra cama de puré. No fim, bater os ovos, e deitá-los por cima da última camada, e levar ao forno uns 10 min, até os ovos cozinharem. Retirar do forno e servir.
