Directions

  1. Bata no liquidificador: os ovos, o frango cozido sem tempero desfiado, água e o sal.
  2. Em uma tigela, misture essa massa homogênea com o psyllium, coloque o fermento e jogue o vinagre por cima para ativa-lo e misture até incorporar na massa.
  3. Despeje em uma forma de silicone e leve ao forno pré-aquecido 180°C por 35 a 40 minutos.
  4. Deixe esfriar e depois corte.
