Swiss Chard Soup
A great hearty soup with swiss chard with carrots, celery, tomatoes, barley and navy beans.
Ingredients
Directions
- Chop or dice carrots, celery and onion.
- Add all ingredients into large pan with two tomato cans of water.
- Cook until barley is tender.
- Note: if you like add some garlic as well.

I'm going to try this recipe but make it more carb-friendly. Sub cubed turnip and/or radishes --no beans and barley.

This is one of my favorites. Makes a large batch to eat from all week and not a lot of points.
