Muffin de Banana Protéico

Bolinho de banana delicioso pra lanches durante o dia ou depois da atividade física.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Bata no liquidificador de óleo, bananas, ovos, leite, adoçante, que pode substituir por açúcar mascavo. Bata até obter um líquido homogêneo e reserve.
  2. Em uma tigela coloque a aveia e acrescente o conteúdo do liquidificador, misture bem, acrescente a canela (uma colher de café) e por ultimo o fermento, misture delicadamente.
  3. Em formas próprias para cupcake, preencha 3/4 da forminha com a mistura, leve em forno pré-aquecido em 180 graus, por 20, 25 minutos, ou até dourar. Pode colocar em uma forma pra bolo com um furo ao meio, untada. O tempo dessa forma não sei, mas acredito que 30 minutos. Pode comer puro, ou com calda, sorvete de creme. Se delicie.
