Hígado de res encebollado a la mexicana.
Ingredients
Directions
- Sofreír la cebolla en rodajas grandes, con el jitomate picado fino y Chile picado al gusto, usar dos cucharadas de aceite de oliva, si se desea un poco de cilantro picado.
- El hígado limpio, condimentar al gusto (sal, pimienta, ajo en polvo, cebolla en polvo) sofreír en una sartén con otras 2 cucharadas de aceite.
- Juntar el hígado y el sofrito de cebolla y dar una repasada en fuego alto, añadir agua a tapar, cocinar a fuego lento con la olla tapada durante 15 min, destapar y dejar a fuego bajó hasta que tenga la consistencia deseada.
