Hígado Encebollado

Hígado de res encebollado a la mexicana.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sofreír la cebolla en rodajas grandes, con el jitomate picado fino y Chile picado al gusto, usar dos cucharadas de aceite de oliva, si se desea un poco de cilantro picado.
  2. El hígado limpio, condimentar al gusto (sal, pimienta, ajo en polvo, cebolla en polvo) sofreír en una sartén con otras 2 cucharadas de aceite.
  3. Juntar el hígado y el sofrito de cebolla y dar una repasada en fuego alto, añadir agua a tapar, cocinar a fuego lento con la olla tapada durante 15 min, destapar y dejar a fuego bajó hasta que tenga la consistencia deseada.
