Directions

  1. Смешать кефир с солью и специями (по вкусу). Залить смесью размороженное филе. И оставить на 10 минут.
  2. На выстланный фольгой противень капнуть масла, смазать противень кисточкой. Выложить рыбное филе. Залить кефиром.
  3. Сыр натереть на терке. Посыпать рыбу. Запекать в разогретой до 200 градусов духовке 30 минут.
