Sellerie-Fenchelsuppe mit Apfel

Vegan, glutenfree, fett-zuckerfrei.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Zwiebel und Sellerie schälen, mit Fenchel und Apfel klein schneiden.
  2. Zwiebel in einem Topf mit 2 El Wasser leicht mit dem Apfel andünsten.
  3. Gemüse dazu geben und noch mal 1-2min. dünsten.
  4. Rote Thai Chili Paste, 400-500ml Klare Gemüsebrühe, Himalaya Salz-Pfeffer abschmecken nach bedarf.
  5. Alles 10min köcheln lassen, mit dem pürier Stab pürieren bei bedarf abschmecken und nicht mal 5 min köcheln lassen.
