Творожная запеканка с отрубями и ягодами.

Directions

  1. Смешать 4 яичных белка, один желток, пол чайной ложки стевии. Взбить. Добавить творог. Перемешать. Добавить 3 столовых ложки отрубей и чайную ложку порошка какао. Перемешать. Погасить пол чайной ложки в чайной ложке уксуса, для воздушности.
  2. В небольшую форму для запекания, смазанную на дне маслом, выложить ягоды. Сверху залить тесто. Поверхность смазать одним желтком с помощью кисточки.
  3. Запекать в духовке минут 40-45, до румяной поверхности.
