Pan Dukan con Linaza

Pan apto para la fase de ataque en dieta Dukan.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mezclar todos los ingredientes secos. Agregar la clara de huevo y el yogur. Mezclar bien hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
  2. Poner la mezcla en un recipiente redondo de aprox. 10 cm de diametro y al menos 8 cm de lato, ya que el pan sube al doble de su tamaño durante la cocción. Tapar el recipiente con film plático y realizar perforaciones en él.
  3. Llevar a microondas por 4 minutos sin interrumpir el proceso de cocción. Retirar y desmoldar con cuidado. Dejar enfriar. Consumir inmediatamente. Si se quiere lograr un exterior más crujiente se puede tostar.
