  1. Coloque na panela de pressão com a água quente (1,5 litro mais ou menos), deixe na pressão por 8 a 10 minutos aproximadamente. Descasque as bananas e guarde as cascas, passe a polpa no processador e ponha em uma vasilha. Adicione a maionese e misture. Coloque a farinha de trigo misture até dar o ponto de enrolar. Faça os cordões e corte com a faca. Leve para cozinhar em água fervente com óleo e sal.
