Thaise Kip met Kokosroom

Heerlijk simpel gerechtje met kipfilet, curry en kokosmelk.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Verhit de sesamolie in de wok. Snij de kipfilet in blokjes of reepjes en bak samen met de knoflook aan in de olie. Kruid met de curry. Voeg de worteltjes en bamboescheuten toe. Roerbak glazig.
  2. Meng er de champignons en lenteui onder. Voeg de kokosmelk toe en breng aan de kook.
  3. Tenslotte de sojascheuten bijvoegen aan het gerecht, omroeren en opdienen. Lekker met noedels of rijst.

Super lekker en snel klaar. Heb het wel extra afgekruid met cayennepeper, zwarte peper en zout.
