Scampi Curryroom

Heerlijk en simpel scampigerechtje met een curryroomsausje waar zowel brood, pasta, als rijst bij past.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Verhit de olie en bak de ui glazig. Voeg de gepelde scampi toe en stoof lichtjes aan. Kruid met de peper en de curry en voeg er de mosterd aan toe, goed omroeren.
  2. Blussen met de witte wijn en eventjes laten reduceren. Overgieten met de room en tot kookpunt brengen. De maïzena bijvoegen en goed omroeren, het sausje lichtjes laten binden.
  3. Het gerechtje afwerken met in blokjes gesneden tomaat, versnipperde peterselie en opdienen. Lekker met stokbrood, pasta of rijst.
