Sopa de Legumes

Otima refeiçao, leve gostosos, com legumes e peito de frango.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Picar todos os legumes. Colocar em uma panela de pressao junto com a carne, o sal e o caldo de galinha, cubra com agua e coloque no fogo.
  2. Depois que pegar pressao conte uns 45 minutos. Destampe a panela com cuidado depois passar a pressao...entao pode colocar o temperinho verde.
  3. Para quem gosta pode-se bater um pouco no liquidificador para dar uma cremosidade.
