Диетические котлетки без муки.

Directions

  1. Перекрутить рыбу, крабовые палочки и лук, добавить соль и специи по вкусу (я добавляю еще укроп).
  2. Разбить в фарш яйца все перемешать.
  3. Сформировать котлеты, обвалять в панировке из отрубей. Пожарить на минимальном количестве масла.

потрясающе вкусно и просто! не было крабовых палочек, я добавила 4 картофелины и приготовила в пароварке, спасибо за рецепт!
