Minipizza de Berinjela

Opção de lanchinho light e zero carb, à base de berinjela.

  1. Salgue as fatias de berinjela e coloque em pé em uma grade para escorrer. Após 30 minutos, lave em água corrente.
  2. Ferva água em uma panela, coloque as fatias de berinjela e cozinhe por 3 minutos. Retire e deixe esfriar.
  3. Pré-aqueça o forno. Unte uma forma. disponha as fatias de berinjela e tempere-as com sal e pimenta. Monte as minipizzas colocando o queijo muzzarela, o parmesão e o tomate por cima. Polvilhe o orégano e leve para assar por 5 minutos.
  4. Retire do forno, regue com azeite de oliva e guarneça com o manjericão. Sirva quente.
