Говядина с Овощами

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Говядину промыть, срезать пленки, хорошо отбить и нарезать на порционные кусочки.
  2. Помидоры нарезать четвертинками.
  3. Перец нарезать дольками.
  4. Зеленый лук нарезать крупными кусочками.
  5. Морковь нарезать кружочками.
  6. Все ингредиенты соединить добавить сметану, растительное масло и специи, хорошо перемешать и выложить в рукав для запекания.
  7. Запекать при температуре 200 градусов в течении 1 часа.
  8. При подаче положить кусочек мяса и в качестве гарнира положить тушеные овощи.
