Тушеная Рыба с Картофелем

Блюдо для хорошего семейного ужина.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Кусочки рыбы обваливаем в муке с солью и специями и обжариваем на растительном масле в глубокой сковороде. Укладываем их плотно в этой же сковороде.
  2. Сверху обильно посыпаем луком, нарезанным полукольцами, затем укладываем слой тертой на крупной терке моркови и сверху нее - слой тертого картофеля, подсаливаем и заливаем сметаной.
  3. Осторожно по стеночке добавляем чуточку воды, чтоб не пригорело. Тушим до готовности картофеля около 30 минут на медленном огне.
