Directions

  1. Лук, помидор нарезать мелкими кубиками, картофель, сладкий перец - соломкой, морковь натереть. Рыбу очистить от чешуи, выпотрошить, вымыть, нарезать кусками.
  2. Лук, морковь, помидор обжарить на растительном масле.
  3. Картофель опустить в кипящую воду, через 10 минут добавить окунь, сладкий перец, за жарку и горох, варить 10 минут на слабом огне.
  4. Потом в суп добавить перец, лавровый лист, соль и варить еще 5-7 минут.
