Суп с Помидорами, Капустой и Сельдереем

Постный овощной суп.

Directions

  1. Черешки сельдерея нарезать, морковь и лук измельчить в блендере (можно морковь натереть, а лук мелко порезать), капусту мелко нарезать. Помидоры измельчить (можно в блендере или просто мелко нарезать).
  2. Сельдерей, лук, морковь, капусту, помидоры и горошек (вместе с жидкостью) залить водой, посолить по вкусу.
  3. Довести до кипения и варить минут 15-20.
