Directions

  1. Soğan, sarımsak, 1 tatlı kaşığı kadar yağda sotelenir. Küp doğranmış tavuk eti üzerine koyulup (önce suyunu salması sonra çekmesi gerekiyor)kavrulur.
  2. Domatesler rendelenip salça ve baharatlar ile tencereye ilave edilir. Harlı ateşte fokurdayana kadar kaynatılıp biberleri ilave edilir.
  3. Etin pişme durumuna göre çok az sıcak su ilave edebilirsiniz. Kısık ateşte etler yumuşayana kadar pişirilir.
