Directions

  1. Pelar la manzana y rallarla o molerla. Para los aderezos, puede cortar algunas de las manzanas en trozos.
  2. Agregue 2 huevos y aceite de coco, luego bata hasta que quede suave.
  3. Agregue los ingredientes restantes y mezcle uniformemente.
  4. Vierta la mezcla en un molde. Agrega los trozos de manzana encima.
  5. Hornea en horno precalentado a 180 ° C durante 45 minutos.
