Низкокалорийная диетическая окрошка. На ней можно устраивать разгрузочный день.

  1. Огурец и редис мелко нарезаем, добавляем укроп, зеленый лук. Заправляем кефиром и водой(можно не разбавлять).Окрошка должна получиться густой. Солим. Приятного аппетита.
