Ensalada crujiente y nutritiva elaborada con ingredientes frescos.

Directions
- Lavar y escurrir la col, pasándola por agua hirviendo durante 2 minutos para que se ablande.
- Rallar la zanahoria y picar el repollo en tiras finas y ponerlas en un bol.
- Prepare el aderezo mezclando mayonesa, yogur, sal, edulcorante y mostaza.
