Ratatouille

Receta francesa típica de verduras con romero y un toque de vino blanco.

Directions

  1. Cortar el pimiento rojo, el calabacín, la berenjena y la cebolla en pedazos medianos. Picar el tomate en trozos medianos y si se quiere pelar y quitar pepitas.
  2. Lamina el ajo y ponlo a freír con el aceite de oliva a fuego lento en una cacerola. Cuando se dore un poco y empiece a desprender olor añadir las verduras partidas en trozos medianos (pimiento rojo, calabacín, berenjena y cebolla). Subir a fuego medio y sofreír las verduras hasta que estén tiernas.
  3. Añadir ahora el tomate cortado, tomillo y laurel. Salpimentar y añadir los 50ml de vino blanco. Remover bien, tapar la cacerola y dejar que todo se haga a fuego lento durante unos 15-20 minutos.
