Directions
- Potong2 semua bahan sesuai selera.
- Rebus telur puyuh dan kupas.
- Rebus 750mL air.
- Geprek bawang putih dan masukkan k air yang telah mendidih.
- Masukkan wortel, buncis, brokoli ke dalam air.
- Biarkan 1/2 lunak dan masukkan sosis, jamur, telur puyuh.
- Bumbui dengan kaldu jamur dan lada putih. Koreksi rasa (bisa d tambahkan gula, garam, dll sesuai keinginan. Kalori perlu d tambahkn untuk modifikasi).
- Tambahkan irisan bawang daun (saya pakai yang putih) dan siap d hidangkan.
