Directions
- Precalienta el horno a 350 °C mientras realizas los otros pasos.
- Batir las claras de huevo a punto de nieve. Luego agrega las 2 yemas y sigue batiendo.
- Agrega el polvo de hornear, el bicarbonato de sodio, el extracto de vainilla y la stevia.
- Agrega las harinas a la mezcla poco a poco.
- Amasar un poco y dar forma al pan. Engrasar un molde y compactar la masa.
- Agregue nueces para aderezos y colóquelas en el horno precalentado durante 20 minutos.
