Trufas Sanas

Una versión más saludable de las trufas de chocolate.

  1. Funde el chocolate en el microondas de 30 segundos en 30 segundos o al baño María.
  2. Machaca los plátanos pelados con un tenedor.
  3. Añade la avena e integralo todo bien.
  4. Añade el chocolate a la mezcla e integra bien. Deja reposar un poco para que la avena absorba la humedad.
  5. En un cuenco pon el cacao en polvo. Haz bolitas con las manos y pásalas por el cacao hasta que dejen de estar pegajosas.
  6. Estarán blandas. Mételas en el refrigerador al menos media hora o hasta que hayan endurecido ligeramente y no se deformen al tocarlas.
