Легкий Салат из Сельдерея
Легкий нежный салат на каждый день и на праздничный стол.
Ingredients
Directions
- Измельчить стеблевой сельдерей, вареную грудку индейки (или курицы), перепелиные яйца, натрите яблоко.
- Заправить салат рикотой.
- Можно заправить йогуртом или сметаной, добавить тертый сыр. Отмечу, что яблоко должно быть сладкое.
- Салат очень гибкий для доп ингридиентов. Ананас, грецкий орех тоже будут вполне уместны. Приятного аппетита.
