Fırında Mantar ve Patates

Directions

  1. Mantarları yıkama usulu temizliyorsanız kağıt peçetelerle suyunu iyice aldırın ve elinizle uzunlamasına birkaç parçaya ayırın. Patates ve biberleri de yaklaşık mantarların büyüklüğünde kesin. Sarımsakları da küçük küçük doğrayın.
  2. Yağlı kağıt serilmiş tepsiye ister karıştırarak isterseniz ayrı tüm malzemeyi yerleştirin. Dilerseniz baharatta kullanabilirsiniz. Tuzlama işlemini piştikten sonra yapın.
  3. 200 derece fırında ortalama 15 dakika pişirin. Afiyet olsun.
