Panqueca de banana super fácil.

Directions

  1. Amasse a banana num recipiente, adiciona o ovo e o farelo de aveia, misture até ficar homogêneo.
  2. Coloque a massa em fogo médio numa frigideira untada por mais ou menos 2 minutos. Depois vire a panqueca e deixe mais 1 minuto.

Tentei fazer e não deu certo. Talvez seja pq eu coloquei "farinha de aveia" em vez de "farelo de aveia".

Aqui em casa tenho o habito de fazer pro meus filhos a panqueca tipo americana, claro sempre dou uma alterada acrescentando a farinha e farelo de aveia e eles gostam muito de colocar banana em calda por cima. Quando vi está receita não deu outra eles estão comendo todos os dias, inclusive testamos c granola. Apesar de não ter provado ainda, super recomendo!
