Pushing, pulling, chinning, squating, and crunching. More to do later. Tonight I will hit the numbers I am after. 100 pullups and chin ups, 100 push ups (finishsed), 200 sqauats, and 200 bicycle crunches. After I get the kids to bed I will go back and finish up. >_<
100.2 kg Lost so far: 23.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
