Holy crap! I somehow gained 7 lbs in the last week. Not surprising, considering what I ate and drank! Getting back on track now. Less than 70 days til the wedding!
85.7 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
