Have a 1.2 wt loss this week. Yeah! Leaving WW meeting I twisted my leg and fell into (literally, INTO) my friend's car. I have messed up my knee. Am now sitting in bed with my right leg propped up. If it isn't better in the a.m., may be making a trip to see a doctor. Ain't this great??? Stairs are impossible for me at this point. On an up note....I know I won't be eating alot because I can't get to the kitchen!
76.1 kg Lost so far: 15.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

aw i feel for ya girl. i recently sprained my wrist snowboarding and it's been difficult to do any weight training. its frustrating but you'll pull through it!
