Decided I needed to get back in the ballgame. Have gained 3 lbs and haven't checked in here for a very long time. Have been weighing in at meetings at least as much as I can but have been traveling for work alot since January. I still need to lose 22 to reach goal. Would love to make goal by the time we go on cruise in September. Just need to start journaling again and get off my butt and move! I get so overwhelmed with life lately. Definitely know the meaning of "sandwich generation"!

Here I am over a year later after joining WW and still need to lose 20 lbs! I am getting so frustrated with myself but don't want to give up. I REALLY want to reach goal this time and would love to do it by March. After the holidays are over am going to get my butt in gear and get it off. I know....why wait for the holidays to be over?? Because I know I won't be able to stay on program until after 1/1. Too many temptations around! So far, I have not gained, though, so that is good.

A loss is a loss is a loss.....I'll take it and hope to follow up with more next week. It's just getting SO-O-O-O hard!!
