need to work on recording all my food. doing well with keeping it around 20 g of carbs or below but need to add veg's in again - when I get busy busy that tends to fall by the wayside.
103.9 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 35.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
